Flandreau, SD

What kind of ground are you going into?  If you are going corn on corn, the planter should have been on RTK before the striptill.  If you are planning on useing RTK on Row Marker planting you will be in for a surprise.  Jumping back over old rows is not fun.  How to fix that I don't know, will be working on that this fall.  Shredder, disk first, not sure.

Chad I pulled a customers 16 row mole knife last fall with our 306 hp cat and it was working at 6 mph.  That is 19 hp per shank with a dry box in front of it.  I think they all use engine hp as the reference.  We were running at about that 7 to 8 inch depth.  So don't skimp on the ponies if you go with a knife!!

 No kitty jokes now!!!!
