Farm plates are good for a 150 miles radius as long as you are in state. To go out of state u need dot numbers and ifta. If u go out of your 150 miles radius u need a CDL and medical card. So you can go get your Trailer if u have the above, if not well you can take your chances and go get it but you might get a visit with your local over achiever.
