NCMO
I checked recently with a friend who is a DOT officer here in Missouri which I realize won't help you much but anyway he said as long as I stay in the state the 150 mile rule does not apply and basically need a farm license, drivers license and good to go. When you cross the state line also need dot number, medical card, Cdl license, fuel permits, log book, and the 150 mile rule goes into effect and they would ticket me back inside Missouri if they knew I crossed the state line without these items. I would assume crossing state lines would be similar for all states.
