Dad found him at 1 am, did he break in the house or what? Later in the article the chief states they had sex multiple times, something is missing here... im guessing the 18 year old was known to the 11 year old. Probably watching him for the evening. Also had watched him before. Pedophiles and rapists use victims they have easy access too most of the time.
