Well Dateline NBC will hopefully shed some light on the story, In one account,early on,the story was the police had 30 contacts with Kifer,in the past year. So something was not right with the kids. I have always wondered why after shots were fired,did Kifer continue to be in the house,seems like she should have been running 90 miles an hour the other direction.
