He had surveillance footage of the kids looking his house over, so he had a pretty reasonable idea of who was doing it. He also would have had a reasonable expectation that if they were doing that, and as he had claimed, had broken into his house multiple times before, that they would be breaking in again when it looked like they could get away with it. Outside of an engraved invitation, I'm not sure what else he could have done to "invite" them in. | |
