NCND
I've been thinking for a while nd has enough of its own money we should drop fed farm program and have our own since most think we need some sort of one.

It probably would be impossible to pass but these bills are written with too many hands in the cauffer. Keep it simple let each state have their own. Of course though everyone is broke so they need the Feds to print...errr I mean write the check so they can't do it. Be lots to figure out but that would be best for all.

If nd had its own bill than we could sue the Feds for unfair business practices much like WTO would if they found us farm bill out of compliance. After all of we don't subsidize everything yet our neighboring states do that would put us in right and them in wrong on free trade or am I wrong??

I might as well continue the dream... We win the lawsuit and the whole farm bill is ruled unfair and maybe for one day government would get smaller???????
