Pete in one of my links it said this should pass WTO standards because payments are decoupled or something to that effect. Of they got away with direct payments I'm sure this would be I'm WTO court or wtf they would call such a thing for years and years. About same amount of time it takes to get a 1026!!
Gpsdude the Dtn wetland article I posted is concerning the corp just so that's clear. My take off it is get all .1 acre wetlands drained while you can and the corp can't do squat about it farm program or not. Jmho | |
