If they enforce this like they did dcp payments tied to compliance then it's a total joke. The only thing enforced around here is on the guys that want to be butt holes and fight the system. Problem is if you bucked them before it may cost you 15 bucks an acre. Now they can cause you to lose insurance on just that farm or all farms? Or do you just lose the subsidy on that one farm?
