Goes back to the comment someone made about how tough hungry people are to control. Farmers are easiest to control when they are broke. So cut ethanol and force them to stay with farm program that has even more strings attached theough insurance. farmers volunteered to give up payments now they are taking them and some insurance subsidy and adding conservation compliance. Not wxactly what farmers had in mind whem they said take dorect payments id say.
