E.Central MN | The problem is more serious when the court injunctions as mentioned above threaten to destroy our food supply. Its not like the gay marriage issue or the voter ID issue. If those challenges go on for extended periods of time it may be inconvenient for a relatively few people, but it won't threaten the whole country. But court injunctions that curtail the availability of seed or threaten to destroy an approved crop that has already been planted can have very serious repercussions. We grow one crop per year that has to be planted in a timely manner and without that crop a lot of people would go hungry. Any govt official that disrupts that process has to be held accountable, it doesn't matter if its a judge or a low level politically appointed flunky at a regulatory agency. | |
