NE Colorado
Biggest problem I see with it is that it is only in effect as long as the current continuing resolution is in effect. Ask the sugar beet guys about what a mess a court order can make on your use of an already approved crop. After the uproar from the anti's I don't see it being made permanant which is too bad. Farmer protection would be a better term for the act than Monsanto protection.
