Looks to me like it protects innocent until proven guilty by not allowing the arbitrary action of a judge to automatically over rule the approvals given to a biotech trait without the an analysis of the reasons for the injunction. As a farmer (and user of biotech) I like the assurance that I can finish the crop year once I put an approved trait in the ground.
