Lander, WY | Around here the big guys are going to using a rotomiller (that's what I call them anyway, the big rototiller type road construction machines) and mix cement powder into the top 12 inches or so of soil and compact. Same thing they do for roadbases now on a lot of highways. Don't know what it costs, and don't know if it will work there, we don't have much for moisture, so that might make a difference. | |
