People like cousinit are good for business for me.  I sell a small quanity of pigs each year directly to the customers.  My customers buy from me because they know what they are getting how it was fed and taken care of.  We even have had people pick out the animal they want out of the pen.  Don't flame Jim to hard he has the best interest of ag in heart with his post.
