Id like too but nobody here wil sell it that way, they want a certain price per acre. You will lose alot of cover, and alot of P&K taking that off and that isnt cheap to replace. In todays world nothing is cheap anymore. I look at it this way, that 75 acres would cost me $15k but if I bought 100 bales of alfafa 1500lb bales at $200 a ton, I will spend the same amount, no the silage wont be as high in protien but it will go a LOT farther then the 100 bales would, is that totally wrong looking at it that way?
