Church parsonage has basement under garage for storage built in 64 has no access from basement have to go outside to enter, basement is walk out. Has windows but no floor drain do install a floor drain room doesn't get used a lot so it is always damp and smelly. Prevues ministers used for wood shop, storage, catchall room. Room is as wide as the 2 stall garage above it.
