not sure about the basement but you need to really measure the 32x30 and make sure that big enough. i would bet if you parked 3 cars the way you hope to fit them outside and gave yourself very little room and measured that it won't be enough. Just a fair warning what blueprints and builders consider 2 or 3 car is NEVER big enough. I have a 2 car that is 24 wide and wish it was wider for just the 2 car.
