Mid-Missouri | We are soon to be starting a new house construction. It will have a full basement but I need to decide on including a basement under the garage or not. Either way, I will have a "ramp" to get a vehicle into the basement. The three car garage will be roughly 30x30. It has been estimated the basement under the garage will be an extra 10K, but fairly affordable for 900 sq ft. It would likely get used for vehicle storage. For now, nothing in the basement will be finished and even w/o the garage basement, we will have more storage room than ever, coming from a mobile home. So, have any of you had a basement under your garage? Opinions. Thanks.
