NE Missouri | I use Jiffy quite a bit, I usually sprinkle some garlic or parm cheese directly into the crust. And in order to keep from getting the countertops messy, I just sprinkle flour right into the bowl and knead it in the bowl. The I slowly stretch it out by holding onto the sides and letting gravity do the work and turning it. In high school, i use to be able to toss dough in the air to make a pizza crust, don't think I will try that now. Also, I always use two boxes minimum. | |
