NC IA | Thanks for all the good suggestions, yes I did prebaked the crust first, it all turned out really good in the end, i will toot my horn and say it was in the top 10 best pizzas i've ever had. Thats a good idea to mix the sauce with the sausage, i'll have to try that next time.
The disaster came in dealing with the crust. I let it rise, and even flowered the counter and buttered my hands and it was a gigantic sticky mess... but like I say the end result was good | |
