Subject: Re: making a pizza

High Springs, Florida

In our home made pizza crust, we use, 3 cups of BREAD flour, 1 cup cold water, 1 pinch of Kosher salt, 2 teaspoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of Fleishman's Instant Bread Machine yeast. Mix it all together and put it in the fridge to rise for up to 24 hours. This recipe came from Alton Brown's "Good Eats" show.

For toppings we buy pizza sauce, or make our own on occasion, and various meats and cheeses.

A good topping to try is sliced baked potatoe, with bacon  bits. Tastes pretty good!
