Doesn't sound right from the web sites that have been linked to in past threads.

Add up all your liquid fuel tanks that hold more than 55 gallons, and then if you are over 1350 total, you're in the special club. And if you are over the next level, then you get extra attention.

Different farms are treated seperately tho, so your farms with smaller amounts will be ok. As I understand.

What if you were milking folks - the bulk tank counts...... 3-4% butterfat counts in this deal as equally hazardous to the fedral waters........
