Ron..NE ILL... is it singular or cumulative? Cumulative and includes ...I forget how exactly is it worded ...if it is containers 55 gallons and over or all containers over 55 gallons.If you have a 1000 gallon diesel tank and a 500 gallon gasoline tank it hits you. If you have a 1000 gallon diesel tank and a 250 gallon gasoline tank and a 100 gallon used oil tank it hits you. It isn't nearly as big a number as a non-farmer would expect it to be. |
