Aberdeen MS
Any "salesman" that has or is inferring that 3 gals will provide the whole program is a "snake" salesman IMO. The higher end products are meant to be a PART of the whole program.

The purpose for the clear products is to provide the safest nutrient in the immediate seed zone as possible. Some soils can handle more than others can (yes even the clears have a limit).

Unless you take a sample of say 10-34-0 (for an example) and send it off for a full spectrum analysis, you don't know what kind of heavy metals you are getting along with the spent phosphoric acid used as a base for the 10-34-0.

2 yrs ago in I believe it was in Nebraska, state quality labs "flunked" close to 70% of samples coming in that didn't meet 10-34-0 standards.

I'll spend a bit more for my $120/ac seed to have a good of a start as possible.

Why spend all the money on green or red paint, a tractor from Russia, China, India, etc have tires an engine and transmission so why spend the extra money.
