Never enter a bin with the unloading auger going. If you've unloaded any corn then there is the possibility of a cavity with a crust on top which could give way and trap you in the bin. Always wear a safety harness and rope along with someone outside the hatch to help pull you to safety if you have to use a rod to probe the outlet. Its best to remove any crust before you pull any grain out of the bin. Be safe, even $4 corn isn't worth dying for.
