I would cool it down, don't auger any out till then. After that figure how deep your crust is, if it is deep, take some of the top off with a vacuvator...not a fun job, but will make you religious about checking bins after that....been there. If you let a "big" chunk go down and cover the center well, you get to vacuvate a bunch more than say one load off of the top. You problem is probably only 500-1000 bushels if you are lucky. Watch what you feed it to, it may get cattle off feed, you might be better off taking your lump and using it for manure.
