Once the corn is cooled down , seal the fan so air cannot move up through the corn on warm days. I doesn't take much --a piece of plywood or a piece of heavy sheet metal. Its not been a good early winter(too warm) for storing corn. Sprouted corn or chunks can be easily remover with a horse dobbin fork.The good dry kernels drop through the times. From someone who has had the experience.lol,bob
