Subject: RE: Help with bin going bad

Pulaski, TN
I had the same thing happen last Jan. I found out about my bin while pulling corn out the side door for fueling my corn stove. I noticed a musty smell. Went the next morning and found sprouted corn on top. Do like Greg77 says. Get it cool!!! I think you will be surprised as how little has actually spoiled. My bin had about 500 bu that had a musty smell. The rest was fine. Good luck, I know how upsetting finding a hot bin of corn can be especially with today's price!!
