When you go in the top

Which you will have to do use ROPE it is going to be two person job one in and one out

take cool off first use a FACE MASK

dig ,spread the top around dig trench up the angle to see how bad
the chunks that stay together are. Throw out the top My guess the bad will be 1 to 2 inches thick 1/4 of that will blend if it breaks up blend out the unload hole

if you have side gate take 100 bu out side hole first try not to run the middle till you did to the good corn "that will break up"

don't let any chunks go down that are bigger than outlet to auger

I guessing that there will be column 2 feet to three around of "brown" corn up the middle this you can or will have to break up as the bin unloads will be caked together the dust in that you DON'T want to get in your lungs

Sounds like you needed to pull 1000 bushel out after it was filled

that takes the fines out and lets the middle get more air
