While it's true you can't expect them to get every bit, they normally do better than they did . I mean you just don't leave a big ridge of snow on a heavily travelled hiway from a hiway that Teed into it . Backing up once he'd probably of had it spotless .

Here's how the attempted lawsuit played out . While the rescue team was working with the neighbor , and the cops were directing traffic the State truck came back down and removed the ridge. No other reason in the world for them to be there , remember I said the road was clear, and it was way less than a half hour after the wreck had happened . Anyway, the her attorney said if there was no proof the ridge was there IE: pics then she had no case that she could win against the state .
