If you have payloaders - I wouldn't mess with "stuff" from the grove (and all the fuel gelling and other problems from sitting there). I'd put a big V plow on the loader bucket or blade for the loader bucket and you'll get much more done with fewer break downs/troubles. Our Township uses a single axle dump truck/plow, a grader with blades/wings and the pay loader with quick change buckets. Bucket for loading sand/salt and blade for moving snow - all three run when it snows.
