Why broadcast when you can band? Same yield for half the cost...

Trying to work on a highly fertile zone for where the seed is placed, versus spreading an average across the field. Winter project list has yet to be finalized, but we are getting closer. 10-34-0 was not applied on soybeans this year as we faced some very dry conditions at planting and didn't want to risk seed burn.

Don't know how much it helped the 08 corn, but every year where we have a plugged tube, rate issue, or check valves not stopping flow on the ends, the corn is usually 2-4 leaf stages behind, and doesn't have the good green color that the corn with starter has.
