I would like to answer the original question. It was announced in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that Monsanto had purchased the Phizer research complex for $435 million. This was to support their research budget of 1 BILLION dollars.
It is so easy to hate the big hog at the trough, but instead, I bought some of their stock.
what companies are spending $ for research?
