It has made it easy for a fellow with 1000 acres to now cover 10,000 acres and still get weed control done. I tried to mention that.
It has not increased yield potential. My point is that less money and effort seems to be put into increasing yield potential - getting a bigger crop.
So far the traits have made them easier to grow as you say. But no better potential? Beans especially have stagnated over the past 20 years - at least in my maturity groups.
