That's kinda the problem, isn't it? A lot of us contribute to these programs from public & donated money, and it all gets locked up under some big co seed pat.
Don't really feel there is much public activity going on at the public universities any more, you're pretty much confirming that.
Not that the states or fed is bothering to fund you well enough to go it alone, I get that part.
