I’ll vote frustrated.
Built myself a strong position to purchase more land, only for land to become seemingly out of reach(investors have a pile of wealth, that pails in comparison to me, thanks to Covid inflation(elites jubilee)).
Also spend a lot of money for inputs, with not much return.

Investors had lots of money to invest in land long before Covid. Covid is just a convenient correlation for this time period.
Land has been and will continue to be competitive. |
