Indiana | One option if u want to leave siding is insulate the walls from the inside. I would do attic also.
You can buy a Temp infrared gauge from black n decker that indicates temp changes around ur doors and windows so ur can tell where air is getting in. https://www.ebay.com/itm/154837997853
Don’t know ur situation totally but I would remove siding and just do 1 wall at a time and wrap it, insulate the same time. It will pay for itself every year.
