Here,house wrap is the absolute best at draft stoppage.Best if done before new windows /doors added.You then can fold into openings and seal all leakage near windows.Here(again) it is important to let moisture out of your home thru the wrap(designed that way) and insulated siding is some what of a no/no.It would trap moisture beneath.With wrap you dont get the cold air blowing thru your electrical gang boxes etc that many old homes have an issue with.All siding that I know of is screwed or nailed on,the air movement is nil from fastener holes.So now some one will post that their walls are glued on or masonry I know,,heheh
