What is a 50 acre lake worth? What value would you put on the other 25 acres? I'm not pretending to know just trying to stimulate some thought as I assume that was the intent of your post. I'll stick with the thought that an opportunity has been presented, don't let greed or stubbornness be the deciding factor but rather a good sound business decision.
