| They are building a highway thru our area and they need dirt to build. Companies have contacted us wanting 75 acres of farm land to to put a concrete plant and trailer homes for workers on 25 acres and then around 50 acres for dirt. Said they’d be digging 10 ft down based on soil profile. This is what we would consider some of our best dirt. Highest land sales in the area have topped somewhere around 8k but seem to be rising steadily. Any thoughts?
