NW Indiana | So if I showed up to your door and offered you 2.5x what your current land value is would you take it? Would you ask what I'm going to do with it? Does it really matter what I am going to do with it? I must be stupid but I'm thinking if someone offered me 20k an acre for 8k dirt I wouldn't give two craps what they are going to do with it. I say this assuming the OP's assesment of 8k is based on current conditions unlike development farm ground that is already valued at much higher rates. | |
