| I appreciate all the input. It definitely makes sense to sell but the intangibles are hard to put a finger on. Like how quickly is the land going to appreciate and how much inflation will we see. If there was “like ground” that could readily be bought it’d be a no brainer and having the lake or at least a pond to pump out of, which is what he did with the pond the last time they took dirt off a farm, wouldn’t be the worst thing. There’s a lot to consider for sure | |
