| Well this 8k dirt was 1500 in late 90’s. So it’s showing a pretty quick increase percentage wise. And if you take 2.5x govt gonna take 40% and then inflation will prbly get 10% unless you actually can find comparable leveled and irrigated class one and two soils. Which I doubt ya can especially with prices the way they are. And being as my dads a farmer and just taking his mindset here, he doesn’t invest in the stock market. So your left with a bunch of cash that the govt took half of and you no longer have any passive income. I wouldn’t sell it for less than 50k as mentioned. My dads a much smarter business man than me tho. | |
