| Recruit! Go to junior colleges and post your job on the bulletin boards in the ag and diesel tech departments. Be ready to pay $18 - 22/hour but, it'll be worth it. $25-30/hour isn't out of line for quality full-time. It is an insult to anyone with skill, determination and a work ethic to be paid <$15-18/hour to work on a farm or at a farm service related firm and deal with the risks and scheduling, full-time or seasonal. | |
