Joe, I don't think you know much about what you are talking. 100 hours per week, I will bet you have never spent half that time working in your lifetime. Tell us more about what your job is and how it pays ?
Don't know anything about his experience, but I work at a co-op, and yes, there are times when we put in 100 or more hours in a week's time. Spring planting time, especially. Harvest, too. We (most of the outside operations guys) go 7 days a week and put in 15 (normal day) to 18 (not so normal, but happens) hour days, but those big weeks are few and far between. Usually 2 of these hard weeks in the spring and 2 in the fall, depending on weather. But when it rains, we still have to go in to work, so it's not like a day off. Everyone gets grumpy and edgy, but it's part of the job. Everyone is ready to quit toward the end, but then get some rest and start over.
