Texas | It is all about how you treat and pay your employees. I started at the very bottom in my field 27 years ago and worked my way up. I know what it is like to be an employee and treat mine the way I would want to be treated. I pay my guys significantly higher than our industry average. I currently have four employees. One has been with me ten years, one seven years, one four years, and one just over a year.
It isn’t that hard to find and keep employees if you treat them right and pay them right. If you treat them badly and pay them peanuts of course you are going to have problems. It isn’t rocket science.
So many people are completely out of touch with the labor market. All an employee has to sell is their time. Why on earth would they want to give it away for nothing? When you sell your products do you sell them to the place that pays the most or the one that pays the least? | |
