After thinking about that motto a bit I had to chuckle, it’s often, sadly, a pretty low bar.........
Grain farming is an odd business, with crazy whirlwind times needing 200 hours a week of work, and other times an hour or two a week is plenty.
It’s really hard to fit that into a steady job environment.
I can see both sides of that.
I have seen construction semis or just drivers working for the coops A couple weeks, in the years we can apply fertilizer before the construction season starts. Winter is fickle up here.
