| If I have to pay a minimal amount more on inputs to ensure a proper/timely application by a trained/knowledgeable employee.....yes. I would also be in favor of cutting back salaries of the 5 levels of upper management. They could also probably thin back on trading fleets of brand new pick up trucks every year for every coop employee. But they wont do any of those options.....that would be too inconvenient. Quit treating employees like commodities and they wouldnt be in this situation. | |
