Well, a lot depends on the environment.  Golf course/country club sounds a lot different than a place where you have to throw out drunken brawlers every night like Road House.  Mine works one or two shifts a week at a bar here that is also the sort of place everybody takes their kids out to eat dinner at, on a busy night she makes some really good tip jar money for a part-time job- but she hustles her butt off to earn it.
